Welcome to registration for the Country Dance World Championships. We hope your experience will be rewarding and memorable.

Registration Deadlines

Registration by the following dates offer discounts the earlier you register!

• 1st Early Bird deadline–August 1, 2026
• 2nd Early Bird deadline–October 31, 2026
• Full price through the close of registration (online competition registration closes November 22, 2026)

Registration Options

Seven-Day Pass with all scheduled Workshops – this is our “everything” pass. Select this pass to take as many premium couples, line dance, or dance technique workshops as you like, plus attend as many dance parties, competitions and other Worlds activities as you like. This does not include any special Intensives.

Seven-Day Pass (no Paid Workshops) – Select this pass to attend as many dance parties, competitions and other Worlds activities as you like. There are several workshops a day included but this pass does not include any special Intensives and paid workshops. Tickets can be purchased separately on site for those classes.

Please note: all UCWDC competitors must purchase at least the Seven-Day Pass.

College Students can register online for a discounted day pass. Please present your valid college ID when you check in at Worlds Registration!

Three-Day Pass [Thursday-Saturday] – If you are just joining us for a few days and not participating in UCWDC competitions, three day passes are available for juniors with or without workshops and also for adults (no workshops). The guardian pass is not included with the three day option.

One-Day Pass – a one-day pass is equal to the six-day pass described above, but only for the day of purchase. This pass includes all scheduled workshops for that day. This does not include any special Intensives. With this pass, you can dance until dawn, or until the music stops. Pricing is slightly higher for the weekend.

One-Night Pass – Like a one-day pass, we also sell a one night pass. These are available after 6 PM daily at the registration desk for $20 per night.

Spectator Pass – Anyone can buy a spectator pass to watch competition from 8 AM am until approximately 5 PM in the competition ballroom. The price is $15 each day of competition.

Juniors – Our junior customers (17 and younger) can buy their event passes at half price! Just select the Juniors 7-day pass from our pricing menu to receive the discount. In addition, our junior competitors can get all of their standard division entry fees for half price through October 31th! Don’t forget – Junior passes include a guardian/parent spectator only pass. Please email the designated legal guardian/parent information to Worlds Registration at registrar@ucwdcworlds.com.

Cancellation Policy

We realize unexpected circumstances can disrupt your plans. If you need to cancel your registration, we will issue a full refund minus the administration fee if you let know us before November 22, 2026. Please include the reason for your cancellation for our accounting purposes.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate refund requests after that time. Please direct registration questions to Worlds registration at registrar@ucwdcworlds.com
