Event Registration

Online registration is open. Need to email your registration? Download the event registration or the competition form. Early Bird prices are available until April 12, 2026. The competition registration deadline is June 13, 2026.

Registration Options

3-Day All Access Pass
This is our competitor entry pass. All competitors must purchase this pass in order to compete. Not only does this give you access to the competitive dance floor, but also to the great line, technique, and couples workshops we have lined up for you all weekend (June 26–28, 2026).

3-Day Spectator Pass
Are you coming to cheer on friends or family, but you’re not a dancer? Then this is the pass for you! This pass gives you access to all of the competitions and shows throughout the weekend (June 26–28, 2026), but does not include workshops.

One-Day Spectator Pass
As above, this pass is available to those who do not compete and are here to enjoy the audience experience. Workshops are not included. For those wishing to attend the great Saturday night show on June 27, 2026, please be sure to select the pass with evening access.

UCWDC Associate Membership and Country Dance World Championships Qualifications

Competitors who wish to utilize this event as a qualifier for the 2027 Country Dance World Championships must have a first-time or renewing UCWDC Associate Membership at the time of the competition. If only competing one time at this event, a special local membership is available. Learn more about UCWDC Associate Memberships at www.ucwdc.org/become-a-member/.

Cancellation Policy

We realize unexpected circumstances can disrupt your plans. If you need to cancel your registration, we will issue a full refund minus the administration fee if you let know us before April 16, 2026. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate refund requests after that time.
