For all UCWDC contests, the UCWDC “Majority Rules” Scoring Format must be used, according to the rules in the Scoring Format rules document.

Every UCWDC event must have an official UCWDC certified Contest Coordinator who will coordinate and manage all UCWDC contest divisions. The Contest Coordinator is bound by the rules in the Contest Coordinator Responsibilities and Requirements document.

Refer to the Dispensation Request Rules if you are a UCWDC competitor who is not able to attend or compete at an event for which you registered and you would have required that event to be eligible to compete at the Country Dance World Championships.

Refer to the Self-Selected Music Itinerary document if you are a UCWDC competitor who will perform and compete in a division where there is a self-selected Music in a dance category.

Refer to the Glossary of Movements to understand what is meant by the various dance movements described in UCWDC Rules and Syllabi.
